We reviewed your order and confirmed that the remaining medication was shipped and delivered to a UPS Access Point you requested. However, the package was not picked up by you within UPS’s required hold period, so it was returned to the pharmacy. This occurred in July, and when you reached out recently, we shared these details and offered options to help with a replacement, including a lifetime promotion and credit.
