Amazing Customer Service
There is nothing worse than trying to order or register for something online and being forced to chat with a bot. I have been looking for a provider/company that offers human customer support. FINALLY, I found one. Hannah, was so amazing and so responsive to all of my questions. She also provided me with updates. With customer satisfaction being so underrated these days, it was a very welcomed experience to speak with such a pleasantly professional person. Thanks Hannah! Thanks Yucca, she is a keeper!

Overall Review
I have been on this product for just over 7 months and have lost weight slowly and steadily which is what I was wanting. I'm down just over 20 pounds. Slow and steady is what I was looking for and that seems to be working. I do wish they had a phone number to call to actually talk to people instead of chat. The only downfall with that is if you get confused on the website you have no where to go. Price could be more competitive than it it also. Overall seems to be a good product.
