This is a scam. They never sent me the correct dose. I clearly told them that I wanted to increase my dose because I am currently taking 7.5 mg per week, and they sent me 5 mg per week instead. I tried contacting them and was never able to reach anyone except through chat, and they really didn’t resolve anything for me.

After reviewing your account, we can confirm that the correct titration doses were prescribed and shipped, including 10mg, 12.5mg, and 15mg, in accordance with the standard GLP 1 titration schedule. There were no dispensing errors found on the order. It appears the confusion may have been related to the units per injection, as our partner pharmacy adjusts the medication concentration with each titration increase, which can change the number of units injected while still providing the correct prescribed dose. Our team previously provided an explanation regarding this, but we completely understand that these changes can sometimes be confusing, and we’d still be more than happy to further clarify everything and walk through the dosing with you again.
