The customer service is amazing. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. The shipping was quick and you get a response within 24 hours or less when you have questions. I would use them again in the future!

I was iffy about this since I’ve never heard of Yuccahealth before, but I pulled it together & did the 6 months! This is the first week I’m starting & im excited for what waits! They have great customer service teams that gotten back to me real quick & even reach out to reassure all my questions were answered. They have real people for customer service so this is definitely reliable! Michelle helped answer my questions about my prescription (because I didn’t understand and thought it was the wrong ones); reassure I had the correct prescription & intake. This company NEVER sent me the correct dosage of medication. After month 1, they continued to send me the starting dose, although I was to get the increased dose. They then told me to just increase the units I was injecting. But then continued to send me the first dose time after time!
