Just got my package today. With a small hiccup.with packaging being warm. But customer service helped through chat support. They were extremely thorough and helpful. I'm excited to see how the rest of my progress goes and will leave an updated review in a few months 😊

10/27 Refunded "for my troubles" and told they "made an exception and will still ship the order"..but yet again they lied. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE It has been almost a month since my updated review and I still have not recieved my medication after a handful of blatant lies from customer service and tracking numbers for labels created that never ship. "We have a problem with the pharmacy" "I will personally look into this" "I am so sorry for what you've gone through" "We will investigate this and expedite your shipment, you can track it here"with a fake UPS label created for the 5th time while I receive Fedex updates from VIALSRX and somehow no one knows why this is? Why offer it if you can't fulfill it? They sent the wrong dose and SIX WEEKS later, still no correct dose. Yucca is just toying with my health at this point. 9/29 Updating previous review. I am changing my review because although my experience wasn't the best, and the chat was super frustrating, Vinalyn called to explain the technical issue and correct my order, and later Michelle called to check on what happened and offered to make things right. That type of care and genuine concern is rare. It is too often patients are treated like numbers and not people, and I trully appreciate Vinalyn and l Michelle's effort to ensure I have a good experience in this already intense process. 9/12* ripoff

Great support and helped guide me through the injection process and reorder process

I paid for the product but never received the product. I have made attempts to contact someone via email and chat. No phone number available. Please have someone to contact me ASAP. I was about to report this company as a SCAM. I would like to give an updated review on Yucca Health. I was contacted after writer my original review. Michelle contacted me promptly and after discussion I realized there had been unintentional miscommunication. She was able to do research on my order and then communicate to me where the ball was dropped. I understood and was ok with her explanation. She then provided me with options to resolve the problem. Pat was to whom I was referred to. Pat promptly reached out to me and initiated a resolution. I am very pleased with the integrity and professionalism that was shown by Yucca Health staff. I would now give them a 5 star for service. I believe in life we all fall short sometimes but it is what you do once you realize you have not done what was expected. I appreciate the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND YUCCA HEALTH TO ALL. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

Honest, quick qualification

So far everyone has been very responsive and very quick to answer any questions I have. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

My experience has been great. It was a short process to get my prescription. It arrived within days. The instructions were clear. One of the support staff reached out within a few days to check on me.
