Subscription trap! Ordered once and the product did not effectively treat eczema and then when I tried To cancel was told I have to wait until the next shipment ships. Was then asked to refund a discount that h received and I did and then they charged my card again

I would give a 0 if it was possible. Been emailing them for months to cancel my subscription and stop sending me crap. When I finally got an email that prompted me to cancel on my own, it was numerous pages of trying to bait me into keeping it. “You’ll miss out on this 50% discount”, then it was “you’ll miss out on this 25% discount”. Absolute slop

When I started using the cream I liked that it wasn’t greasy. I noticed the redness from the keratosis pilaris had decreased. Still using it, it’s only been a month. Hoping it works to remove these bumps. So far so good. It’s been the only cream where ai have seen improvement.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave minus 5 stars I would. Their product for pigmentation caused intense itching redness & irritation after 1 use. They are dishonest and downright liars. Their subscription method is sneaky and hidden. I cancelled my subscription then got an email saying it was only paused. Rubbish!! They asked me about a product for an entirely different skin condition that I had not purchased? They then sent me and charged me for another bottle of the product I had advised them I reacted badly to and the reason I cancelled my subscription. Took endless emails to finally cancel my subscription and I've also cancelled the card they charged as I DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR PRODUCTS!! DODGY DISHONEST BUSINESS

AVOID THOSE COMPANY I Should have read the review before purchasing from a Facebook add The website is not clear and you WILL end up paying a subscription even after trying canceling and returning the product. They do not allow you to return the product either. Shamble company I’ve been trying to cancel the subscription for the last month unsuccessfully and had to contact PayPal waiting for them to refund me.
