The product is good. You sign up for a 3 month supply and end up in a subscription model. Which is annoying in itself. But then they send another 3 month supply in 1 month?!?!?! Refuse to take responsibility and refuse to refund me. Customer Service is useless - talk in riddles, more than likely offshore. No morals. Do not do business with them.

This is a scam. They keep saying they delivered but I never received my products. Also, they keep taking my money from my account. Website has hidden subscription that will deduct money from your account every month. This happened to me for the second time and I am not sure how to stop this.

I emailed Strawberry on 1 October to cancel my subscription. Instead of cancelling, they replied asking for a reason. Because I didn't respond, they went ahead, took another £25 payment, and sent another order I didn't want. When I asked for a refund, they said I'd need to post the items back at my own cost to an address in China, or accept a 15% partial refund and keep them. Neither option felt fair for an order that should never have been sent. I ended up accepting the 15% because I didn't want the stress, but I'm disappointed. A cancellation request should mean cancellation, not another charge. If you subscribe, keep a record of your cancellation request and check your bank statement afterwards. I won't be using them again.

Website and socials plaster a 60-day money back guarantee with ‘no questions asked’ and customer service verbiage suggests a laid back ‘were your people’ vibe - but the reality is that they will require you to prove that you used their product EXACTLY as indicated, and then require you upload before and after photos to show that it was no effective (which you may not have, because you were never told this was required), and then they want you to show date stamps for each of your photos. Summary: DEFINITELY NOT “no questions asked”. Buyer beware (do not buy thinking you can fall back on their guarantee, if it doesn’t work for you).

Don’t waste your money! I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I feel completely misled by this company, as I was signed up for a subscription without my clear consent. I’ve contacted them several times via text and email requesting cancellation, but have got nowhere. The text replies seem automated, and despite being told to email, I’ve received absolutely no response! The customer service is appalling, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Thankfully, I’ve blocked any further payments from being taken from my account. Please read the reviews before signing up and be very careful, as I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

This company has the worst customer service. They don't tell you that everything is a reoccurring subscription plan. I tried to cancel, they had me send them more money to take away my initial discount in order to make it a one time purchase. However, even with my extra money they have not cancelled my account. Be aware...scam alert .. and Amara is horrible at customer service.

My daughter had an allergic reaction several months ago to this product. I went ahead and cancelled my subscription. For a few months they did not charge or send me product. All of a sudden, they reactivated my account, charged my card and won't respond to any of my emails I have sent them! A company like this should have a class action lawsuit against them for not making it simple for people to just cancel and for going back through and reactivating their subscription without permission! The worst part is you can't even talk to anyone! They have your information and use it as they want!
