The moment I placed the order I received a text message to confirm shipping info is correct and to go over the trouble areas I have. Went over any worries or questions and made sure I knew how to start using the product. I have yet to receive my product but the customer service is exceptional!

⭐️ 0 STARS I am extremely disappointed with this company and how they are handling my situation. My first order was shipped on July 30th, and I was very excited to receive it. However, today is August 19th, and I still have not received it. They were able to confirm that my order is still in transit and that I have not received it. I have already requested cancellation of my subscription multiple times through email, going back and forth with them for THREE DAYS. Instead of simply canceling it, I was told that because I received a 47% subscription discount, I now have to PAY AN ADDITIONAL 47% of the order just to cancel the subscription immediately. So let me understand this: I never received my first order, I have already requested cancellation multiple times, and now I am being told I have to pay MORE money before they will allow me to cancel? That is absolutely unacceptable to me. I will NOT pay another penny. I have already contacted my bank, and they are refunding me. However, because this company refuses to cancel my subscription, I am now worried that I will be charged again and have to go through another dispute with my bank. 🙄 I am sharing my experience so other customers don't have to go through this insanity. STAY AWAY from this scam.

SCAM!! My lotion bottle came defected and was squirting lotion out of the top rather than nozzle. I contacted customer service and they refused to give a replacement after corresponding with me for over a month via email! Waste of my TIME, MONEY, and product does not even work like the fake pics and ads. DO NOT BUY!!

Cream was helpful. Within a month it made the rough skin smoother.

Very Bad experience. Do not buy ! Product does not work for me at all. My first time encounter a product that has Auto monthly subscription without informing the customer. Only found out when they auto charged to my credit card , email them to cancel the transcation or refund, no reply from them. Felt like i have been scammed by the company.

This company is a scam. Not only did I never sign up for a monthly occurring subscription I am know finding it impossible to get my money back for four pots that are unopened. The returns address isn’t legit. Even Royal Mail advised to not send this. I said this is a Chinese address (which I was advised this by email from someone in this company) even if I was to send to there it would cost around £30 of which i still don’t know whether I would get a refund. Not willing to take the gamble and took royal mails advise. There is no way of calling anyone either and is just done through email of which they take forever to reply. I am still waiting for £120 refund and it’s likely I know will not get it as I don’t want to spend £30 to address that even Royal Mail advised not to.

Noticeably smoother skin, less redness and bumps after about a week. Good product

Do NOT purchase from this company. Their products will harm your body and they will not provide full refund for any dissatisfaction or damages done. The products don't work and you will be throwing away your money.
