Order never arrived
Order never arrived, and although it was eventually cancelled (I thought), there was a recurring subscription to toothpaste that was not cancelled. I've sent 2 messages which were both ignored and eventually found a way to cancel on site. Very poor customer service, and ridiculous cost of $44 for toothpaste (including shipping).

We are aware that our customers are affected by the delays and lack of immediate responses to their concerns and requests. We are working within our departments to both get your orders fulfilled and shipped out. As well as responding to your requests to provide updates on the order statuses and if needed, we are processing cancellations as requested. This will not occur overnight, but we are not closing our eyes/ears/hearts to these concerns. We will follow-up and answer each customer until all have been provided with a resolution. To Note, it sounds like you were shipped the confidence club subscription which included the toothpaste and booster gel (or whitening wand) plus the shipping fees. That is why the charge amount may have initially had you questioning why you were charged for just a tube of toothpaste. There is another item included with that subscription package.
