There is not customer service
There is not customer service. My toothbrush doesn't work/won't charge and my wife's has all the bristles falling out in her mouth during use. We have tried to call customer service so many times and contacted them thru email but no response. All the reviews for the tooth brushes and customer service are lies. No one will respond or pick up. Awful company that needs to have a class action.

We are aware that our customers are affected by the delays and lack of immediate responses to their concerns and requests. We are working within our departments to both get your orders fulfilled and shipped out. As well as responding to your requests to provide updates on the order statuses and if needed, we are processing cancellations as requested.
