On my way to the airport for vacation I realized I forgot my meds. Shed quickly answered my concern and was able to ship me new meds. Excellent customer service!

I spoke with Mike today and he was very friendly and took the time to let me know if I had any questions about the program he was there to help any way he could. I really appreciate that about Shed compared to other programs. I think this is a good fit for me. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend.

The onboarding process has been great. I haven’t started taking it yet because I would like to get additional info. I received my shipment very quickly and had a conversation with Mike welcoming me to the program. He was very nice and informative. I’m excited to start the process and my weight loss journey
