If it had not been for Carson I was going to cancel. I understand they are overwhelmed with customers but when you need a very clear communication I found in my case speaking with this wonderful person made the world of difference. Right to the point and clarified everything. The website for me is very confusing but if you speak with someone it helps tremendously. I just received my meds but still shows processing in my portal so some things should be updated real time. Carson kept me as a customer for Shed. Right to the point if you want name brand you will pay 125.00 per month membership fee if not you don't that simple.
