Being I just started working with this company I will give my most recent interactions a 4.5 even though I can only do a 4star. Everyone I have associated with including Mike have been kind courteous and helpful. I am glad to be a part of a team that is there for any questions or concerns I may have! I initially had some trouble getting my medication sent to the pharmacy, but I used the chat feature and everything was quickly straightened out. Once the issue was resolved, I truly felt confident in the company. I spoke with Tyler, who warmly welcomed me to Shed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during our call, which made the experience even better. It really makes a difference when a company has excellent people representing them.

So far, everything has been easy and quick but at the same time very informative. I’m expecting my prescription so I don’t know that I can give a full review on that yet. So far so good! I was very Leary about doing this over the internet but the customer service has been great thanks Mike!! I felt at ease once I had a video chat with the provider. I would recommend.

I’m only doing 4-stars for now because I just started with this company but everything seems great so far, Mike was really nice and offered to answer any questions I had and provided me with any resources I might need. Other than that, the price is great, the process for the medication was really easy, and my provider answered any and all questions that I had.
