Terrible customer service! No phone number and the “chat” ends so you can’t use it for ongoing issues.
Theft is my biggest concern. I have been charged $299 every month and have not received my medication for the last 3 months. When I reached out via chat (since there’s is no phone number” they say I have to schedule an appt with their provider before med can be filled (but yet they keep charging for medication that’s NOT filled) Every time I try to schedule and appt with a provider it states there is No availability. I have multiple screen shots for proof and hope the company gets sued for fraud or theft!!!

Hi Dawn-- We do have a phone number you can use to reach out to customer support. It is 877-879-1914. In order to receive those ship0ments you need a current prescription written by a provider. our customer support team would be happy to help you book that appointment if you reach out through your portal or give us a call. Thanks! -Manager at Shed

Worst company ever to use
Worst company ever to use. I had my consultation on January 13th was told they will send my prescription over to the pharmacy they use (novo pharmacy). Still haven’t got a word back for my prescription, and I’ve tried to cancel my subscription with the company, everyone is horrible at getting back to me in a timely manner. They don’t have a contact number to call and talk to someone, and they won’t cancel my membership because they state that it’s a two month membership commitment that is not visible on the site when you sign up for the membership. Not to mention the membership is 99 dollars a month and when you first sign up they make it seem like you’ll get the prescription free if you get the membership through the company, and that is not true. When I had my consultation the consultant told me the membership is separate from the prescription and you’ll have to buy the prescription separately which could cost from 200-600 for the glp-1 weight loss medicine what a joke this place is. Whatever you do, don’t do the membership, it’s not worth it. You’re better off paying for the prescription out of your own pocket, rather than going through this place.

Hi Teesha! When checking out for your medication, the membership fee you paid is shown and noted as a separate charge from the prescription cost. We also outline our two-month commitment in our Terms and Agreements, which are reviewed and agreed to during signup.
If you have any additional questions about our processes or need an update on your medication, please reach out through your patient portal—we’d be happy to help!

There was a time when I spoke highly of…
There was a time when I spoke highly of TryShed, formerly known as ShedRx. Communication was prompt, shipments arrived on time, and I received proactive text updates. Unfortunately, there has been a significant and concerning decline in service.
The last medication shipment I received was in October. Despite this, I was charged for November and December without receiving any medication and without missing appointments or being advised that follow-up was required. From March through May, I was charged on the 29th of each month. During a period of financial hardship, your company contacted me to ask whether the 16th would be a better billing date. I agreed, and from June through October I was charged consistently on the 16th.
In November, I was charged on the 13th, and in December on the 11th, without explanation. Later, upon seeing that the Wegovy pen was advertised at $99, I requested to switch. I was charged $99 on December 30, without any disclosure that this amount represented only TryShed’s portion and that an additional payment of approximately $350 to a separate company would be required. Once I discovered this, I immediately contacted your team requesting refunds for the months I was charged but did not receive medication, as well as the $99 charge so I could return to my previous plan.
I was told refunds were against policy, despite this not aligning with the information stated in your Help section, but that my account could be credited for the two missed months and the $99, provided I scheduled an appointment. I did so. During that appointment, I clearly explained the situation to the physician Dr. Patel; however, my chart was never updated. In fact, I later received a message stating I had missed the appointment while I was actively attending it face to face.
Due to these ongoing issues, I have since canceled my membership. The rapid decline in service, lack of accountability, billing inconsistencies, and overall customer experience are deeply troubling. What is most concerning is the pattern of charging patients without delivering medication or providing clear, transparent communication. These practices raise serious ethical concerns.
At this point, I have been unable to reach a fair resolution despite having documentation to support every statement above. As a result, I am considering escalating this matter to all appropriate platforms and oversight entities in hopes that reason and accountability can still prevail.

They insist on virtual check-ups but if you work and they have “no available appointments available” when you are available, they keep your money and don’t send the product. 2 months in a row because they never have “available” appointments.
Response from ShedJan 18, 2026
Hi Amanda! If you’re not seeing an appointment time in the portal that fits your schedule, please don’t worry—we’d be more than happy to help find an alternative time that works better for you. Just reach out to us through your patient portal and a customer support agent can help find a time that works for you!
We’re sorry for any inconvenience you experienced while looking for availability. Provider appointments are an important part of the program, as they allow our members to regularly check in and ensure it’s safe and appropriate to continue their medication. We truly appreciate your understanding and are here to support you every step of the way.

Received a phone call today from Mike
Received a phone call today from Mike. Seems the main point was to let me know if I had any questions, to be sure and ask. So I asked the only question I had: “When is my medication coming?” He couldn’t answer that one…but over and over again assured me I could ask any question. 🤦♂️ (and over and over again I kept asking my one question.)The only other purpose for this “customer service” call I guess was to ask me to fill out this survey and be sure and mention his name. So I’ve done what he asked.

Hi Douglas! Mike is a member of our welcome call team. If your reach out through your patient portal, our customer support agents would be happy to assist you in letting you know the status of your medication.

Beware
Beware! This is not a legitimate company. Customer service phone is "no longer in service". They sent me the wrong starting dose so I never lost a single pound. I tried to get the order fixed and they said it was an extra $150 , which I was willing to pay, but never got a response from customer service. My order was supposed to be fixed 3 weeks ago. I changed my entire card number so they cant bill me again. After informing them I would write a review I got a response from.customer service, and then never heard back. Go to prioroty meds. Much more reliable.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Tryshed. I did not lose a single pound while using this product, and it did not work for me at all.
What concerns me most is the billing practice. After several months, Tryshed waited until my flexible spending account was reloaded and then charged me $199.00 for a product that had already proven ineffective. I did not authorize a renewal with the expectation of being charged at that time.
After reaching out to Tryshed by both phone and email, I received a response from a representative named Ethan stating that the charge was non-refundable. No effort was made to resolve the issue fairly, despite the product not delivering results.
I am currently filing a fraud claim with Optum Financial to recover my funds. Additionally, I will be reporting this company’s business practices to the appropriate agencies.
I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money with Tryshed. Companies should stand behind their products and conduct business ethically—this one did not.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the medication did not meet your expectations, as individual results can vary based on many factors which is why we offer different medication options so members can find what works best for them with the help of a provider!
We’d like to clarify our billing policy for transparency. All of our medications are provided on a subscription basis, which is clearly outlined during enrollment and within the patient portal. After the initial two-month commitment, members are welcome to cancel at any time prior to their next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Renewals are processed automatically unless a cancellation request is submitted through the portal before the renewal date.
We understand billing concerns can be frustrating, and while charges made according to the agreed subscription terms are non-refundable, our team is always willing to review accounts and ensure everything was processed correctly. For privacy and security reasons, these matters must be handled directly through the patient portal.
