I received a call from shed and spoke with Michael. He was very informative and easy to talk to. He let me know that if I had any questions at all that someone would always be there. With multiple options for contacting.( email, text or phone) which is nice for someone who doesn’t like talking on the phone :)

I have not received my products that I ordered yesterday yet. I did just get a great Call from Tyler welcoming me to the program, explaining the support available and how I will receive notices when it is time to speak with my providers, get refills, etc. He answered my questions and made me feel welcome and like part of the team!
