Everyone from the nurses, doctors, care team, etc are quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns. They will not end the conversation until the problem is solved! This has been true through my years of being their patient! Incredible!!!

Great customer service. They worked with me when a subscription was shipped out, because of a misunderstanding on my part of when to cancel. Truly appreciate the help. Will look to using Shed again in the future!

I had a really positive onboarding experience with Shed. I submitted my NAD+ request in the evening, and in less than 24 hours I had already been approved, my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy, and I received a welcome call from Jameka. What I appreciated most was how thorough the onboarding call was. She walked me through the entire process, explained how everything works, and made sure I knew exactly how to access my patient portal, reach the support team, and contact a licensed provider if I ever have questions or need guidance. It was reassuring to know that ongoing support is available and that you’re not just left to figure everything out on your own. The whole process has been smooth, organized, and much faster than I expected. It definitely gave me confidence that I’ll have the support I need throughout my experience.

My experience today was awesome with both my provider and my follow up call with Jamika! She was kind and knowledgeable and explained everything to me on the follow up call and made sure I knew about all of the features on Shed that could help with my journey. She was great!
