Michael was very nice and informative during the phone call! While he was very nice I did get the sense he was reading from a script which I understand is a part of the job but in that case I would’ve just liked an email with that information. Once he was done with his information, he answered my questions very thoughtfully and detailed which I appreciated. Overall great phone call.
