I started my journey today with Shed! My fiancé talked to me about it, and I immediately went to the website, it was very easy to manage. The representative was very polite and helpful. Had a wonderful "Welcome " call, and I'm looking forward to my video call with the medical staff tomorrow! I can't wait to get started!

I’ve been with Shed since Dec. 2024 and I have nothing but a great experience! The customer care team , the medical team , my health coach & the pharmacy are all outstanding! They provide you with all of the necessary tools to guide you through your journey! I have never had an issue with billing or receiving my medication! Definitely recommend them to any of my friends!

I just startedI just started taking NAD+ I am on my second shot the customer service experience has been so amazing everyone has been so nice and helpful anytime I have reached out I've always received the answers I was looking for or wondering about I hope that I can continue taking it at least to see the results because I know it's positive and I know it works if I can just continue it I'm a single mother and have my moments and struggles as do everyone I know I have my second order coming up and I'm already nervous on how I'm going to be able to afford it my good Lord upstairs though has this he always has from the second he introduced me to your company and the second I decided to take the nad+ journey. And not to mention my best friend in the world that even told me about shed I saw a post she was making about NAD+ and how amazing it was I sent her a few questions and she has been a godsend ever since she has been my rock helping me every step of the way to understand all the powerful things that it can do and help with her name is Kara Spicer she really deserves so much credit for this one.
