What a horrible experience with this company. They won’t cancel my subscription & they won’t refund my money either. I even told them there’s no more funds in that account so they won’t be able to take any money so what’s the point? Why not just cancel my subscription? They won’t answer emails, calls, text … it’s a mess ! I can’t believe I fell for this crap

I went to shed for weightloss. I signed up for doctor appt. They took out $400.00 from my checking and say they are taking it again. I can't get to a doctor. First time was my fault. Then 2 times now I never get the link to join the meeting. If the doctor is supposed to pick what is best for me how can they already charge me for the most expensive one they have

I am trying to cancel my plan since may 12th and no one from their team canceled it. They have the worst costumer service, and there's no way to get in contact with them. They ask you to send an sms or an email but then NO ONE replies. They keep trying to charge my credit card and it comes as rejected, because I already asked to be unsubscribed. I am not sure what is going on but I sent multiple emails and they don't answer. I am going to complain to BBB as well.
