I like the the three simple hearing choices of 4x, clear voice and quiet modes, blue tooth compatibility and quick response from team Ravine. I use the earbuds primarily for range and various hunting applications, all work well.

Good customer service and well laid out website for an easy understanding of product benefits

First time experience and i was sold on the product the profile of these. Having known what the traditional earmuff style are like and how bulky they are and do not really drown the sound the way you would really want. Then i came across the amazing offer that Ravine was running and kept considering until i felt like it was the right time. Charlotte is amazing and helped answer all the questions i had and was very supportive. It is hard to find companies that truly care about their customers especially when they become big names and Ravine did just that. Thank you to the whole team!! I look forward to receiving my earwear.

Took forever to get them. Once I tried them , was extremely disappointed. Program buttons on the earbuds is hard get earbuds to change programs. Earbugs don't want to stay in place. Noise suppression didn't work, ears still ringing. I've tried to contact them three times for refund. I've gotten no response. I would give them no stars if that was possible.
