After receiving the Ravine Fieldops Pro in-ear hearing protection I ordered I had an issue with the interchangeable foam ear pieces. Specifically, when I removed a foam ear piece from the electronic part, the foam tore, and a section remains stuck on the ear bud. I emailed the customer support indicated on the tryravine website. I have yet to receive a reply. I’m probably going to have to resort to contacting the BBB and the attorney general consumer protection office for assistance. I’m disappointed and frustrated

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service — Highly Recommend! I recently purchased a pair of Ravine Pro earbuds and unfortunately experienced an issue getting them to work properly. After trying everything I could to resolve the problem, I contacted their customer service department. To my surprise, I received a response the very next morning informing me that they would be sending me a complete replacement at no charge! In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products and treats its customers this well. Their response was incredibly fast, professional, and hassle-free. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this outstanding. I want to personally thank Ravine for going above and beyond to make things right. Throughout my career in the army as a tank crewman, I searched years for Decent set of noise canceling ear defenders that could save my hearing and keep me effective while deployed. Now im a gunsmith and metal fabricator. Regularly in the shop running machining equipment or on my range test firing firearms for customers. Not to mention an avid hunter. So, after a short month of using the Ravine plugs, I will honestly say, im quite impressed. They work better than I anticipated. It took a couple days of playing around with all the fittings to find the right comfort level but now I have them in for hours at a time with no issues. So far the only minor issues ive had are with the storage box being a little bulky to keep in my pocket all day and trying to remember all the left and right button functions, but that I can blame on having my deck shuffled a few too many times throughout my career. All in all, im quite pleased. Looking forward to some deeper testing as the hunting season continues and during some some upcoming shooting competitions. Thanks for the solid product. Ryan S

Wow… Just wow… Talk about customer service. I placed my order and moments later I received a text from Charlotte from Ravine. She thanked me for my purchase and sent me a discount code for another pair. Even asked what I was planning to use them for!! Haven’t had the chance to try them in action yet, but if the customer service says anything of the quality I am sure I have made the right choice for my hearing protection.
