Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your concern, especially when you’ve seen references to orders being shipped from the U.S. Under normal circumstances, we ship orders from our U.S. warehouse. However, due to the exceptionally high demand during our recent sale, our U.S. inventory sold out much faster than anticipated. To help prevent further delays, some orders were fulfilled directly through another one of our fulfillment facilities. When developing Field Ops, we carefully evaluated both local and international manufacturing options. While we truly wanted to keep production local and support U.S. suppliers, the manufacturer we ultimately selected was able to meet a higher standard in terms of materials, consistency, and overall product quality. The local prototypes we received unfortunately did not meet those same benchmarks. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and we appreciate your patience.
