We are at cloud kitchen so it’s mandatory to use otter. It works about 85-90% of the time. The issue I have is with direct orders we have no idea what the payout schedule is. And when we did receive a payout it doesn’t match any days sales. I’ve asked several times and all I’m told is someone is looking into the problem. No one is helpful with this company and I’m thinking of closing up shop at the cloud kitchen because of this. Can’t have staff working and none of the money received is coming to us.
