I have already set up multiple locations with Otter and had several agents assist me during the onboarding process. Among them, Ian Gonzalez really stood out because of his fast responses and the kind, clear way he explained things. He clearly knew what he was doing and was always willing to help, even when I asked questions that were not directly related to his responsibilities. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. His support made the onboarding experience much smoother.
