Trishia was a highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient support representative. She assisted me in resolving my issue after two days of communication with multiple support agents. I had begun to believe the matter would remain unresolved; however, thanks to her dedication and expertise, it was successfully addressed.

Venmo Food
It was nice to receive service in a way where I didn't have to just wait for an email reply. Everything seemed fairly easy to manage. Francis was patient and knowledgeable in helping me.

Otter is Great!
Otter has been our middleware to integrate DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub for our 12 restaurants since we started third party delivery in 2020. We found them to be the most consistent, with very little order injection issues. Celine M is awesome. Thorough in her work and a great attitude. Eden A rocks too!
