I have been looking for this kind of service for a while. And the responsiveness and professionalism are really good. I also felt I was treated as someone, and just not a number

The "doctor" I spoke to tried to hide her Trump flags with a green screen, but I still saw them lol. I cannot take anybody that worships a narcissist seriously, especially someone who supposedly works in mental health. It's so hypocritical of someone to advocate for mental health and then openly vote for people that are trying to take away my rights (I am in the lgbtq+ community, and a woman). There is no way I will continue to use this service. Only reason why I didn't put 1 star is because she was still polite and prescribed me my medication, but I definitely can't take anyone hired by Minded seriously after that.

My Care provider was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with severe aniety. I look forward to speaking with her again. She listened as I talked and would respond with a very accurate answer to explain why I was feeling anxious. Very good experience.

Minded was by far the easiest and most effective way to renew my mental health prescriptions. I finished the questionnaire and saw a provider in a couple days at my convenience (they let you pick a time that works for you) and then after a short visit with someone there who was very nice and super professional my meds were at my pharmacy same day! Highly recommend and will be using again.

**Update:** ***My appointment was canceled two weeks before my appointment date. The reason given was due to not having a prescription for a med I listed as one I've had a prescription for in the past. However, I did have a prior prescription and offered to show them proof of this. We'll see what happens.**** Original post : I've tried to schedule an appointment with Minded, but I can't get past the assessment. I received an error message stating that I couldn't sign up, because I had signed up previously, which isn't the case. Sara, one of the support team members, reached out and assured me that they're working on the engineering problem that caused this glitch. However, my mom was able to schedule and had an appointment yesterday. She wasn't able to receive the med she needed, but she was very pleased with the kindness and helpfulness of the practioner she saw. Once the glitches are fixed in their system and their prescribing policy is updated, I think they'd be great. I will continue to pursue trying to schedule, and I will update this post.
