I was really stressed and worried after being off my meds for a week. My office visit was quoted at $398 and $150 for after visit after the initial. I'm a single mother and can't afford that right now. Thanks to Minded I am back on mess and can continue on making progress

I just didn't feel comfortable with my counselor. It felt very serious and very much like a doctor's office and I didn't feel like I was able to be open with them. It may work for some people but it made me feel kind of weird.

More of the status quo. Even though I’ve gone over my information with my provider, medications tried, how this is effecting my life, she was unwilling to do what needs to be done.

It's great to finally have high quality & affordable psychiatric care. Until finding minded, all the providers I could find were expensive and booked way out. My doctor took the time to listen and answer any and all questions I have and made me feel important. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm gaining better control over my mental health and my life.

I should've known not to deal with this company when I was signing up and there was already an issue with doing that. When I paid the $10 and went to make an appointment, the site was referring me back to the payment page. I couldn't move forward, so I had to call. I did sign up though and my zoom meeting was 2 days later. The person I spoke with was nice, but she seemed uninterested and was yawning the whole time. She prescribed me an antidepressant, but when I went to the pharmacy 2 days later (because that's when I actually had time to get there) the Pharmacist explained that the prescriber wasn't authorized to prescribe the antidepressant. They explained that they had reached out to her twice, but she never responded. So, I had to reach out... on a Monday (because this happened on a Friday) and Minded is closed on weekends. So, someone finally reached back out to me to tell me that someone else had authorized it for me. Needless to say, I won't be moving forward with this company.
