Please do not waste your time or money. I never had chance to speak with a therapist because my 1st therapist canceled my first appointment & for my 2nd appointment the next therapist never called me for my scheduled appointment. I sent multiple emails & called customer service & left voicemails. I have never received any response.

I want to thank my doctor Dr. Ngo from Minded. She was amazing!!! She took her time and listened to everything I had to talk about. She never rushed me and she gave me her recommendation on what medication I can start with that has helped tremendously. Thank you so much Sr. Ngo you rock!!!!

I was needing something to help me sleep. What I was previously taken was making me gain weight and I told the nurse about how antidepressants do that to me. So she prescribed me the most weight gaining old medicine on the market. I didn’t know what it was until I got to work and looked it up. Very unsatisfactory conduct. I do not not feel like I was listened to at all. Made me feel like I was a drug seeker while I only want to sleep at night without gaining copious amounts of weight.

The physician was excellent. I have zero problems with the individual I was speaking with. However there was some technical problems with prescriptions being called in and since it was on a weekend I had no recourse because minded and it’s support staff are not available on Saturdays and Sundays. It caused a great deal of additional anxiety and stress as I was left to my own devices to figure it out. I will contact minded, to see what went wrong and ascertain if I will move forward with this organization or not. This was my one and only time using the service so I’m not sure if the problem was with minded or with the pharmacy receiving the prescription request.

Scheduled my appointment for about five days out. They sent me a ton of reminders and then it was canceled the morning of the appointment without anyone contacting me. I haven’t received a refund yet either.

I tried cerebral which was a scam and this one was even worse!! Had a 22 minute "initial evaluation" from a nurse practitioner --one of their "quality providers". What a joke. Disinterested, clearly was doing this all day and was so burned out. She KNEW NOTHING!! When I started asking pointed questions about the treatment and why she recommended Effexor she actually said, "You just need to listen to what I'm telling you to do and don't ask questions!" Really??!! All of these venture capital funded online mental health treatment like Minded, Cerebral, etc are just uber-rich people capitalizing on the pandemic online model. They want to have hyper growth, go public and then cash out. Stick with a local, in person doctor. Your mental health is way too important!

Nurse was in good communication, easy to talk with and understood well. Surprisingly smooth compared with other appointments at other locations in person or remote. Hope I can keep same nurse on future zoom calls.
