Candice was wonderful! She really listened to what I was saying, gave me options, and made me feel like I could trust her with my mental health care. It was a great experience and I'm glad I decided to book my appt with Minded!

They don't offer talk therapy like I had thought, they only prescribe medication. The woman I talked to was very friendly I did like her but I decided to cancel my subscription because it was not what I thought it was. The problem though is that minded will not let me cancel my subscription. They make me go through this long survey about why I'm leaving and then when I get to the final page, after clicking "cancel subscription" buttons multiple times. It gives me an error. Every single time. I'm not sure if this is a scam???

Too soon to tell but was prescribed a new antidepressant that cost $250 for a thirty day supply & low dosage. I'm trying it but have also tried so many others over the past 25 years. Remaining cautiously optimistic.
