The service could be convenient and helpful for a Telehealth option, but I encourage anyone who is thinking of signing up -- try calling their main number and see if anyone answers the phone for you or not. I've been a patient/subscriber for about 3 months now and am on medication that can't be stopped abruptly, but that is what's happening due to errors on their end. For my scheduled refill appointment yesterday, Thursday the 26th, the provider never showed up for the Zoom call. No one answered at Minded when I called to let them know. Emails sent to Support aren't answered until well into the next day, if they respond at all. I received a "we are so sorry that happened, please reschedule your appointment" message and now at this point there are no options available until the next week. Meaning I am days without my medication, cold turkey. Not a fun place to be. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this type of situation. I called again (attempted) prior to writing this review, and called this morning as well with a very simple "this is what is happening, please call me back" message, but, have heard from no one. If you use a specific medication and need that for your day to day, do not put yourself into a position where you might be delayed on your refill appointment, and unable to get an actual person to respond back to you. Good luck!

Minded is probably the best decision I made. When my OB and PCP weren't much help I found this. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and I felt comfortable as well. My prescription was ready after an hour of my appointment.
