Absolutely terrible, I signed up for their service and after I signed up I got no confirmation email whatsoever in my personal email and then I completely I forgot about it. After 3 months they have managed to charge me a total of $135. Total scam of a website, DONT USE.

Do not attempt to sign up if you are actually depressed. From the reviews here I guess I'm lucky I didn't make it to the charging stage, but nevertheless I was looking for affordable help. I filled out the questionnaire, but it kept coming up with "call hotline". No way forward or back, every time I logged in it would just say "call hotline". Not their hotline, you understand, but the free national one, or 911. This made me so much more depressed I can't tell you. And I swear to God, do not leave me a canned response like all the other replies on here. Shove it.

I was curious what this website was about. So I went forward and answered all the questions. Only to find out that they cannot prescribe new medications that are controlled. Only if you have been previously given it. I was charged 95 dollars before even having my appt, which was extremely frustrating. Then I canceled and I was still being charged 95 dollars a month. They are taking your money instantly to ensure they get it then if there is a problem they still at least get your money. It is a Bad business model and very frustrating, I should not have been charged at all for nothing to happen

It's a fraud they charge you and then have no Doctor in your area and refuse to refund the money . I logged in and gave my info . When it got to book an appointment the screen was blank and there was no one to help. I immediately contacted them and they refused to refund the money . They are a fraud for sure and I think that all of us need to report them to our state medical boards for fraud as well as our state Attorney Generals for financial fraud

Awful experience! They fail to mention that all the medications they list as being able to prescribe are only available to be prescribed if you’ve been prescribed it previously and the only options I was left with were two medications I’ve previously been on and had a bad reaction to and then one other which was called in a weeks ago and is still not filled and will not be filled because according to every pharmacy in my city it is hard to access. One pharmacy has tried ordering it for me but can not get it in stock and told me to reach back out to the prescriber which I have repeatedly and have been completely ignored since asking for a refund since nothing came from my visit with the practitioner. When it came to taking my money they replied fast but when I ask for it back I’m ignored. This speaks volumes about this shady business. EDIT TO ADD It’s crazy how you find the time to reply to my review on this site but not reply to my email. The email you left to reply to is who I’ve emailed repeatedly and no one replies!

tERRIBLE. i HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THREE MONTHS AFTER MYY INITIAL REEQUEST AND FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS YOU SENT ME TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT CLOSED. yOU CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. PLEASE CANCEL THIS SERVICE FOR ME. MY NEXT STEP IS CONTACTING THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THANK YOU

Terrible customer service. My prescription was never fulfilled so I asked their team if they could re-submit. They asked me to confirm the pharmacy which I did. No response days later even after following up again pleading for an answer. I sent a separate message asking to cancel and they said something along the lines of “well we told you to contact your pharmacy, did you? Do you need brand name or is generic ok?” They never told me to contact the Pharmacy and also the only thing they ever say is “we don’t have it.” This team is either overwhelmed or they don’t know what they’re doing. I never got my prescription filled and it’s been a couple weeks without my medication at this point. Thanks to “Heather” if that even is their real name, I finally gave up on Minded. Never use this service!

I have the best nurse practitioner, Candace. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable. She has been a godsend during this time
