This has been a very helpful tool in trying to keep away from vaping. There’s good variety in the cores and they’re easy to swap out.

It's strange to go from smoking/vaping to using FÜM, primarily because there's nothing visible to exhale, but it doesn't take long to get used to it. I reduced my nicotine intake from smoking a pack per day to two packs per week so far with FÜM. I'm confident I'll be completely nicotine-free by the beginning of 2025. A common problem with vaping is increasing nicotine intake because you're constantly sucking on the vape. FÜM eliminates that problem entirely without giving up the physical motions. It's different, but it's worth it. The FÜM starter kit is rather expensive, especially since you don't have the option to choose which flavor cores it comes with, but it's less expensive than buying everything separately. Once you find the flavors you like, the monthly auto-ship program is definitely a good value.
