We understand why you would be upset by discovering the vial's best-use date appeared to fall before the completion of your treatment course. We also recognize how frustrating it is to have submitted requested photos, not receive a follow-up, and then have to contact support again and repeat the entire situation. Clear communication and timely follow-up are important, and we regret that your experience left you feeling unheard and without the reassurance you were seeking. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the syringe size provided with your prescription. We understand your concerns about having to split a dose and the confusion surrounding the guidance you received. Receiving conflicting information only adds to an already frustrating situation. While we're glad a credit was issued, we understand that a credit alone does not address the questions and concerns that led you to contact support in the first place.
