Bait and switch
Please beware of the long term air times for delivery and processing. They say it will be 3-5 days but I am inching up on two weeks since my medication was prescribed and it still hasn’t even been shipped. They will charge you as soon as the prescription is issued and then you are out $1000 or more while you just wait and wait. Customer service will claim to be looking into it but they don’t give you any updates. Just be aware it will take multiple weeks from when you sign up to receive the product. The quick processing they claim is a scam. Read the other reviews before you order. I wish I would have.

Exceptional Customer Service
Katie was fantastic in helping me resolve an issue with my order. While the fix wasn't immediate, Katie kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I knew she was still working the issue. I was having trouble getting a response…
I was having trouble getting a response regarding my order. I am going out of town for 2 weeks and was concerned the order would not arrive before I left. The process seemed to be taking longer than usual, and no one was responding to my texts. Ultimately, however, not only did Katie respond, but she understood my issue. She assured me that she would follow the order and put a hold on it, if necessary, so it wouldn't be delivered while I was away. However, it looks like I will be getting the package on time. So, thanks Katie.

My experience with Eden has been very good however after 4 injections I have not lost any weight. I am hoping my second month of injections will be better. I’m not giving up yet.
