Medication arrived quickly and only when I requested it. I lost more than 20 lbs on 3 vials, for about $800. Very high quality medication. I ate whatever I wanted to. Highly recommend.

I feel very sorry to say that customer support has been a horrible experience to the point I considered canceling this server but my payment has gone out already. I was talking to for over a week with different representives about my prescription how it was not clear on my end when it would be sent when they told me that I didn’t have a prescription nor a payment with them from what they saw. Every type I requested to talk to a supervisor they said that was not possible but they would as slate it to the technicians to see why we would see two different portal versions from the same patient. One of it got back to me in my e-mail staying shed was still waiting on an answer and a second later another one decided with no approval from my Dr removed/ canceled my prescription. It was a nightmare when finally someone else takes my call and after my explanation she undue the cancellation so I could receive my prescription 🌺 so I found an agel among the most unorganized and incompetent representatives there. Please by all means we’re not shipping for groceries here. We are talking to the drs front desk person every time some body picks up the phone here and we’re not clients we’re patients so a level Dr companionate would be appreciated 🌺🙏
