I was never able to speak with anybody
I was never able to speak with anybody. I was on hold for about 45 minutes. I eventually just ended up hanging up the phone. Also my car was charged $196. When they have a promotion for $96 for the first month, I was never able to find out any information on why they took the full payment out. I was told that nothing would even be taken out until everything was approved. I don’t even know what’s going on at this
