I was a customer since 4/24. Everything was good until about 3 months ago when compounding pharmacies got word to stop compounding semaglutide and other diet meds. I accidentally ordered 2 in one month. I should have 294 in credit and it disappeared. They took a payment on July 8, and there has been no activity on my portal. There is no integrity in a company that ghosts a good customer after a year of doing good business. I have called, I spoke to someone named Leeann and she was supposed to get my account looked at and respond back by email. Never happened. I got an email from Try Eden July 7 that an order was coming on 7/17, today, well where is it. Usually I would get a tracking # and UPS would contact me about delivery! I'm looking to start a class action law suit against this company!

Hi Patricia, Thank you for being a loyal member since April of last year. I am truly sorry for the way things have unfolded recently. After months of consistency, you deserved clear communication and continued support—not silence and confusion. You should never be left wondering where your order is, why your credit disappeared, or why a promised follow-up never came. I understand how upsetting and disappointing this is, especially after trying every channel to get answers. I want to personally look into your account, review the credits, the charge on July 8, and confirm exactly what happened with your most recent order. Please email me directly at [email protected] with your full name and any details you have so I can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. You deserve transparency, accountability, and timely care—and I will do my best to provide that moving forward. Warmly, Susie
