Very Late Delivery
Very Late Delivery, Unpleasant Effects On my 4th month with my GLP 1 medication with Eden. They charged me for my order beginning of July. Got an email a week later informing me they would be late delivering my order, and that they are expanding distribution sites to take care of it and that “no action was needed” on my part. It was a very general message, and they didn’t offer resources I could reach out to. Messaged the support team about my order and side effects and never heard back from them. Was hard to find out when it would be shipped. Began experiencing extreme hunger pangs and nausea because of late delivery even though I’ve been on portion control and have been eating healthy since starting. Communicated to my bank about this, and how they’re charging me even though I never received my product. Magically, the next day they were overnighting my order via FedEx. No communication from Eden team about the situation or any clarification. It’s kind of crummy that they will continually charge my card while I experience terrible side effects due to late delivery. It’s almost like paying for myself to feel this way, missing doses and putting my body into turmoil. If I had known how late they’d be, I would have been able to plan better for these side effects and paused my subscription. However, it appears to me they prioritize money before considering the effects late doses have on my body, all while avoiding communication in the process.
Response from EdenAug 6, 2025
Hi Claire, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m truly sorry for everything you’ve gone through. Delays like this—especially when they directly affect your health and well-being—are not just inconvenient, they’re unacceptable. You deserve consistent, timely care and clear communication, and it’s incredibly disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience. I also want to acknowledge how serious it is to go without your medication and experience side effects as a result. No one should feel like they’re being left in the dark while also feeling physically unwell. You should have had the opportunity to plan, adjust, and get support along the way—and I completely understand how it feels like you were left to manage it alone. I’m also sorry for the lack of response when you reached out to our team—that should never happen, especially when you’re asking for help. To ensure this is personally and thoroughly addressed, I encourage you to reach out directly to Susie at [email protected]. She’ll make sure your case is handled with care, urgency, and the attention it deserves. Thank you again for sharing your feedback and for your patience through all of this. We’re truly sorry, and we’d be grateful for the opportunity to make this right. Warmly, Kelley
