True link are just another generation of scammer. I am a card administrator the card was close a day to Ronald mri scan and they refused to make a refund of the remaining balance in the amount of 1205.63. I tried calling I was blocked same goes to the email. I won't recommend their services to anyone.

We got this card to pay the bills for my Dad with Dementia. The customer service is well worth it- from onboarding (which was super simple) to chat and email. The only thing I would warn others of, is be prepared for new account transfers from an outside bank is held for an extended amount of time, so plan accordingly. I was able to contact them and answered a few simple questions, send in a bank statement and they lifted the extended hold.

Because of True Link, my relative is able to maintain some degree of financial independence while also maintaining his sobriety and no longer bankrupting himself through alcohol-fueled indiscretions. We tried other solutions before we found True Link, and none were adequate. I’m able to monitor and limit his spending without feeling overbearing, to me or to him. True Link has been a gift.

Worst card ever, waiting on replacement card!! Charged for expedited shipping but no expedited card.

Yes, there's a learning curve, and it does require administrative vigilance, but it does what it says it does, and generally well. Further, and critically, they're continuing to add meaningful features like "every given weekday" funding rather than defined date numbers so funds land consistently every Weds for example. And the wallet & virtual card was a big addition for online shopping and instant card funding. The app and website work well. Customer Service has generally been very good. I can't imagine managing our needs without these cards and systems.
