Excellent product. My elderly mother was constantly being scammed out of money from fraudulent and unethical companies. This card make helping her so very much easier!

TrueLink has been easy to work with and makes a great tool for keeping track of individuals spending habits.

This service was so critical for us and my father when all other banking services failed us. My father had an Amazon shopping addiction to cure his boredom (like a lot of people), but we needed to make sure he did not spend through the money providing his assisted living care. He was cranky and tech savvy so we could not just take his spending ability away cold turkey. The simplicity of it for both the administrator and the card user was great. It did take a decent amount of time to fund the card but I understand the time needed to prevent fraud. The purchase alerts and the controls are great. Not as fast to fund as if it was your own bank but that's ok. I only wish my father had not passed so soon and we were able to use the service longer. Customer service to move the funds off the card and back to the bank was super easy.

Have always been able to get support when Have issues or just have a question.

They have helped me every step of the way,they answer the phone every time I call,when I'm unsure of something they keep helping me until I'm confident I understand. The only thing I do not like is they recently put another layer of protection on, it's a pain in the rear but I appreciate the security.

True Link account was very easy to set up. It allows my disabled child to access whatever amount of money from her trust that I put on her True Link card. Thus, I have some oversight, control, and awareness of her spending. At the same time, she has freedom to use the card when and where (within restrictions I set on the website) she chooses. It gives her autonomy within guidelines I set. And I can do this from a computer in a different part of the country.

I am using TrueLink for my disabled brother, who is high functioning and works full-time, but is not able to handle money. Before I would give him a weekly allowance and within a day or two it would be all gone. He has been able to spread his spending out over the week. Besides the convenience for me, not having to make those endless cash withdrawals, he has been able to save money and feel a lot more independence.

I appreciate the varied abilities to manage the account(s) and the various reporting abilities. The customer service is fast to respond and knowledgeable.
