For the first time since 2002, I have control, knowledge , and ease of providing the beneficiary a weekly living allowance. The immediate notifications via email and text is flawless. The immediate information provided has been extremely helpful in many ways from my protection as trustee (that I am providing sufficient funds etc) to reporting to the beneficiary’s family. The savings account and ability to move money over to the link card in real time has provided me with complete flexibility with no worries of a time lapse btw money moved over and its availability to the beneficiary. One issue that has been difficult to work around is the required amount of money needed on the link card for the purchase of gas at the pump. Depending on the company, a balance of $150 to $200 is needed on the card for at pump purchases. I had elected to not allow in store gas purchases. I have a work around but it is a bit more work. Staff members have been great. Easy to talk to , understanding and clearly concerned about any troubles we have with suggestions and a sense that my issues are brought forward for improvements to be made.

I have a huge appreciation for the True Link card and overall customer experience. This card was a lifesaver when my Mom who has Alzheimer's still needed a card but we needed to restrict her spending. There wasn't a charity or political 'ask' via text or email that she didn't want to help fund and she was donating multiple times per day because she 'forgot'. The card was easy to set up, manage and anytime we had a question the team was super helpful and on point. This card has helped her keep her dignity when she is in a situation in which she wants to 'treat people', get a few things at the store or make sure she is 'paying her fair share' without having to ask her grown kids for permission. At the same time, we can block and set alerts on categories to make sure no one is taking advantage of her. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Easy to use platform. Good support with onboarding and training. Great reporting and statements are easy to download all at once. We have 30 individuals that we are rep payee for, and this helps us stay compliant with ADP and Social Security audits.

I was so glad to find True Link a couple of years ago!! My aging mother in law was being scammed left and right. I had to keep canceling her bank ATM card. When the bank would not give her another card, I searched and found True Link. I love the control I have over how it can be used. Even though there was still scamming, with the controls in place, the charges were not processed!

We've been using True Link for about a year, and it has been an amazing tool for my elderly mother. We were having issues with her clicking out of Facebook to buy sham supplements that she wouldn't remember ordering - and that she definitely should not have been taking. Now she's still able to shop on Amazon, order groceries from Instacart, and get her hair done, but the ability to set spending limits and keep her from being able to buy anything by click out of social media has been a game changer. It is a little clunky when she needs to pay for her medical appointments or other items using her card, since we don't always know exactly how they'll show up. We need to try the purchase, wait for the decline email, then go into that email and approve the purchase. Now that we know it works that way, we make sure her doctors and other providers know. But overall, I highly, highly recommend the tool for helping to manage spend and combat fraud. I don't have to worry anymore if she loses her card or someone manages to get her information - they really can't spend much of anything due to the limits we have on her account. A wonderful product!!!

The Trulink card is an excellent product to manage, control and track spending.

My Sister would not have been able to use the monies available thru True Link if it had not been there for her. True Link was recommended to us by a well known Seattle lawyer. So it must be well thought of in the judicial world. I have never called a business that was as helpful as True Link. It is well organized and easy to use for payments of most items. Try it out for your loved one to give them freedom with extra funds.

This card is the most fantastic thing ever! My mom with dementia was giving her bank card to a schiester but this card enabled me to cut off the money he was taking while still allowing her to be able to buy what she needed. Once we cut off his money flow, we were finally able to get him out of her life and ensure that she is safe.
