Having a True Link Financial pre paid credit card has been really helpful in letting me administer my son's account and giving us both access to a helpful dashboard. The customer service representatives have been extremely helpful. My son and I are both extremely satisfied with this product and the support for the credit card.

True Link has been incredibly helpful for managing my daughter’s spending. One of the things I appreciate most is that there are real people I can contact by email when I need assistance, and I’m not stuck sitting on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. The app also offers features that go well beyond what I’ve found with traditional banks. I can monitor spending and receive the alerts I need, which makes it much easier for me to stay informed while still allowing my daughter to use her card independently. The combination of excellent customer service, convenient features, and the ability to customize how I monitor spending has made True Link a great fit for our family.

My mother had been the victim of several scams, and I opened a TruLink account to prevent any more financial loss. She loved that she was still able to be independent and spend money with her friends, at the grocery store, etc, without having to ask me for money every time, and I loved being able to block various categories of transactions, and most importantly that i could block her from getting cash from the card. I also loved the instant notifications sent when transactions were made, whether they were approved or blocked. Usually if they were blocked but shouldn't have been, I saw the notification quickly enough to fix it while she was standing right there at the register, so she wasn't embarrassed. It took a little while to get all of the settings right, and to figure out which stores were in which categories, and the appropriate limits for each, but the app makes it very easy to change things quickly. I was even able to allow specific stores within a category, but block the rest (for example, the grocery store closest to her, but not all of them). The True Link card made it possible for my mom to keep her independence and for me not to have to worry about it.

My father has dementia and has been susceptible to scams. There was no way to give him access to his money without him giving it all away to scammers. True Link has been the only solution to that problem we have found. We have been using it for years without any issues. Thank you True Link for existing! You are helping so many people in the world that would otherwise have no option.

Our offices recently moved and in the middle of that we ordered a card for one of our clients. We still have not received the card, though we think it was delivered to the old address. Lisa Marie, the Rep I spoke with, reordered the card to be expedited to the new address with no fees charged. Not only did she handle the problem quickly, but made me feel like we are a respected client of True Link. I really appreciated her care with getting our client her new card as quickly as possible!

This debit card made managing my paranoid schizophrenic brother's trust much more effective. I was able to give him control of much his spending and prevent spending from most scammers who prey upon such individuals. The adjustable spending limits and control of where he spent was very helpful to him. He saved almost $15,000 in one year by elininating scams from taking his money.

I just got off the phone with Ash. A++ service!! She was super patient with me as I was trying to figure out some spending issues on my son's card. She was so professional and yet warm and understanding at the same time. I have had many dealings with the folks at True Link, and I've always had positive experiences. In fact, I will say their customer service is uncommon in a great way. Thanks so much to Ash for helping me during a stressful time!
