I called this past week with questions about my handicapped adult son' Able for All Visa account and Joe Rogers answered them all quickly and thoroughly and with suggestions as to how to best proceed in solving my issues. He was patient and kind and knowledgeable and able to ask pertinent questions that expedited precise, accurate answers. I was most impressed and hope that this message can add a "gold star" to Joe's employee file. He is a valuable asset to the Able network and should be recognized as such.

True Link holds funds for several days before releasing them to the card. In addition, funds are often not transferred on the promised date. It is beyond frustrating to try and schedule funds for an individual when True Link fails to make the funds available on a timely basis or even on the promised date. Attempts at resolution through customer service have been unsuccessful. In reading other reviews, True Link says the delays are for new customers, and once the relationship is established things will change. I've been a customer since Nov 2024 and nothing has changed. I will be looking for another product.

I got this card for my brother so I can load money on it to help him in his daily life. He is a senior citizen who is intellectually impaired and cannot use his phone for apps like CashApp or Venmo. The problem I have with True Link is that the money I load onto the card doesn't show up for 5,6 or 7 days. It is highly inconvenient and in this digital era, there is no reason it takes this long. CashApp and Venmo are instantaneous and much more convenient. What's the point of this card?

For years we had struggled with providing the person I care for, who has progressing dementia, some level of financial autonomy but limiting the amount spent. We had to deal with overdraft fees and then when the account was linked to a line of credit that was quickly ran up. With True Link I setup a weekly allocation. If the balance available is exceeded, the transaction is not approved. Also, the True Link system flags suspicious web site. In past years we were having to get a new card every few months because of fraudulent charges. Since going with True Link none have occurred.

Regarding time to accept deposit. My Bank account is with Chase Private Client Services. The transfer clears immediately. As my daughters trustee, I need to be able to set up monthly auto deposits.

True Link's customer service is outstanding! I requested a cancellation of a transfer and it was completed within minutes. Not just today but everytime I have an issue they are very quick to respond!

WOW...this company really helps me handle my payee service by having the debit cards I can control. Whoever came up with this Business plan has a GREAT mind for helping our demographic! And every time I think I have an issue they cannot accommodate, they are able to help!! Would highly recommend !!!
