This is my worst experience ever
This is my worst experience ever. I asked for a refund and guess what? they suspended the hosting account 10 mins later because their policy doesn't allow them to issue refunds for suspended accounts. I have sent multiple emails and all were ignored. I am trying to leave but they won't even give me my backup I won't advice this platform for anyone.

I requested a refund for a service I cancelled within a few days of signing up. I received no response for weeks and find this very frustrating. I won't be using your hosting again.

I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Truehost. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch and resolve my issue, all my tickets have been completely ignored. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. To make matters worse, I had no choice but to report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) for fraud. This company's lack of response and accountability is astonishing and speaks volumes about how they value their customers. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with them. Terrible experience!

Extremely slow response times
Extremely slow response times, if at all, because you can't wait 4 days for a response, which seems like their average response time. Then they don't get the problem sorted, it's half done or not at all. It took them 11 days to set up a VPS, by transferring my website from cpanel to the vps hosting. They can't seem to follow instructions correctly. My website got hacked into 5 times and they layed spammy links, which from IP, seemed to come from within the company, it killed my page 1 rankings. I don't even rank now. That's months worth of time and money down the drain. They don't addres anything they don't like. If it wasn't them, they can't protect you or your website. I moved everything away because of bad service, now they can't even change the nameservers to point to the new hosting companys servers. now they've hijacked the websites and are not responding out of spite. It's been a terrible experience overall, what a disaster. I've never had this much bad experience and service in 15 years. I went over to a new hosting company, the service level was immediately visible and efficient. And don't let the cheap packages fool you, there's a reason it's so cheap, it's because service is kak which will cost you in the long run.
