Oliver was very professional and fast, even though I called at an odd hour. He responded, and the challenge was resolved. Thank you.

For me, this has to be the most unreliable hosting company I have ever used. They suspended my account for no reason, leaving my website and subdomains down for days without explanation. I lost important files, missed business deals, and suffered major reputational damage..all because of their unprofessional and reckless actions.

The two stars are for your website, which i am finding frustrating. But one of your customer support staff, Ngeywo, deserves five stars.
