Truehost claims to be a reliable hosting provider, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They arbitrarily ban domains and take down hosting services without any justifiable reason, leaving customers stranded. They market themselves as a trustworthy service, yet their actions scream deception and incompetence. If you're considering hosting with Truehost, you'd be better off sticking your head into a pit of venomous snakes—at least you’d know what to expect. Their service is riddled with poor support, arbitrary suspensions, and a complete disregard for their customers. For a company that calls itself "True," the only thing true about them is how consistently they fail their users. Avoid them at all costs.

These guys just ban your domains the moment you pay for them. They dont have a system that alerts you that the domain is part of the restricted ones, they wait till you pay then they terminate it. Even if you appeal its useless, they just out to grab money.

I want to say, to the CS team, Good job guys. They respond to my request with light speend and then this guy @francis, has been of great help too. Keep up the good work guys. cheers!

They were fast in attending to me

It’s so sad trustpilot isn’t allowing transparency in its services. All positive reviews about this terrible webhost trueshost are fake . This is a terrible and scam company. Most unreliable webhost host on earth. Do not host with this webhost you will regret it. This trueshost can make you lose your rank , lost your files , and even get delisted from search engine. They move files from servers anytime they like while leaving your domain offline for several weeks without notification, with no remorse nor apologies. They can close your account any time they want to for no reason. They are bunch of liars and criminals behind this hosting. They are scammers once they take your money they won’t refund you. Very terrible hosting . I paid for hosting jn January I have never enjoyed the services. They moved my files several times damaging my database keeping my website offline stealing my traffic eng redirecting to their parked domains for several days. Their crook staffs will create several emails on your account and start spamming people and claim you are spamming on their servers. They suddenly terminate my account after downtime for days with no apologies and up till now they refuse to refund me. Stay away from these people . This is my honest review.
