Ordered the Gucci icon ring from TrueFacet and the item arrived in a better condition than shown in the picture. It fits nicely. Validaiton report from the company is very important as I want to ensure every item I purchase is authentic. The company took exceptional care to label and package the item at each check point and destination to ensure the item arrive in a pristine condition. I would definitely shop here again!!

Purchased a Cartier Tank W51008Q3 watch as a graduation gift, customer service went above and beyond to have it delivered on time to Miami. The watch is not only GORGEOUS but an incredible piece to cherish. We are beyond happy & will continue to use True Facet. A truly great company with customer service skills!! Special thank you to Rachel.

I ordered a Rolex submariner for $5500. They emailed the day after my order and said the year was incorrect on the ad and that it was not a 2008. I agreed to pay more for another if the had a similar model that was in excellent shape.... never heard back so I called and cancelled my order which they processed in less than one hour. Great at cancelling orders... not very good at filling them,

TrueFacet had a great selection of the watch model I was looking for at a competitive price. Went for a new Rolex Yatch-Master 2. The experience with the customer representatives was outstanding, and they made sure that I received my watch within a week. I will surely shop with TrueFacet again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service to start with. My wedding band looks amazing, cant even tell it's not brand new but it was almost 1/3 of the price! It got delivered about a week prior than the date it was suppose to to top it off!! THANK YOU True Facet!!! You guys are amazing

I have now bought about 5 items on TrueFacet. Every single purchase has been awesome. Items are always as described or in better condition. Also outstanding customer service (especially Rachel and Alison! Though I'm sure everyone else must also be super as well). Delivery is prompt and through UPS with signature so it's secure. Highly recommend TrueFacet as an excellent jewelry store.

I found a beautiful Carrera y carrera (a spanish designer) necklace that looked brand new on their website. They made sure it go here on time for my anniversary. It arrived right on time and in mint condition. Absolutely gorgeous. I'm sure I saved my husband several thousand dollars. Thanks Truefacet!!

Fantastic customer service, very responsive and professional. I had a complex situation whereby I was exchanging a piece of jewelry in return for a similar piece of a different size. They assisted in a timely manner much to my satisfaction. Highly recommend True Facet
