TruefacetReviews of truefacet.com

Excellent products and service. Costumer service personnel are extremely professional and helpful. I have used many similar websites in the past, but TRUEFACET provides the best value and the best attention to customer satisfaction. Five stars!!!

Great customer service. Excellent value.

Issue resolved most professionally.

Very pleasant experience every single time I buy from TF. Rachel (concierge) always go beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want and always answer all your questions in every details. I totally recommend to buy from TF! Juan

The service level went beyond expectations. I had numerous questions and additional, non-standard requests throughout the process that were all answered and satisfied. The product listings can be somewhat inconsistent and contain incorrect information and low quality photos, but that's because the info and pictures in the listings are provided by third party sellers. The high level of service helps overcome any issues with the listings.

Rachel made my dream come true. After I chose a gorgeous diamond engagement ring at a terrific price, she personally arranged to expedite the delivery. The ring arrived so quickly I could hardly believe it! It was absolutely beautifully packed and wrapped- the very act of opening it was like a voyage of discovery. Rachel was so friendly, so patient, so responsive, so helpful, and so accommodating - an amazing representative for this excellent company. I would (and plan to) do more business with Truefacet and recommend it to everyone. Thank you Truefacet!!!

This company claims to check authenticity of items they sell, this is why I chose them out of many used jewelry sellers. But I received a ring and doubted in the quality and brand of this ring, so I've contacted their support and expressed my doubts in authenticity of this ring. They just told me to return it and tried to convince me that this ring is real and that I am wrong without even looking at it again, but I owe a few different types of Tiffany rings (new and vintage) and I did a research and haven't found not even a single ring with the stamps like the one that I received has. Overall had a terrible experience with this company. And if you will check their web site on the main page they have a huge banner saying "True promise" that they promise all jewelry and watches to be 100% authentic. But if you will go below in a really small letters it says "Every item is authentic or a full refund is given", so basically they just return your money in case of not authentic item. I will not buy anything ever from them and highly not recommend this company. P.S. Also they've tried to remove my review 2 times. :)

I received the Omega Seamaster professional and it is authentic! This is my first luxury watch purchase and I wanted it to be perfect to present to my husband as a gift for our 12 year wedding anniversary. He is a huge fan of the brand I know he will love it. Thank you for answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. This is going to be an anniversary we will never forget. You are truly the best!
