Great vintage Rolex!

Very happy with my first purchase of an eternity band ring. Looks even more beautiful in person. Customer service is outstanding, had requested for a quick delivery and was very concerned and they said they could deliver and they did. Kept me updated and received purchase early. Would definately recommend and will be looking to TrueFacet for my future purchases. Having ring appraised tomorrow, will update if any issues.

I purchased a omega seamaster and there was a small scratch on the bezel. I called and told them. They went above and beyond to correct this and make sure that I was satisfied. They found me a watch in better condition and shipped it to me over night. They covered shipping the old watch and new one. Theyre responses were always the same day via email. First watch I bought online but after the expierence with truefaucet I honestly would never buy a watch from anywhere else. I was blown away with their customer service. I want to add that I never do reviews ever, but with the level of satisfaction that they delivered I felt that it would have helped me if I read this. Thank you guys and look forward to buying my next time piece soon!!

I ordered a used Shinola watch that was rated in "very good" condition. When the watch arrived, it looked like it came straight from Shinola's factory directly to my wrist.
