I initially gave a 1 star review. My reasons were and are quite valid. BUT,I just recieved a follow up call from Rachel who was my initial Concierge rep. She listened to my complaint (s) and as a result spoke with the CEO. Together they came up with a solution to at least make sure there was a degree of satisfaction on my part. There now is. Truefacet responded in a very compassionate and professional manner. Based on this one follow-up call I would now HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRUEFACET to anyone seeking to do business with them. I ended our conversation with a heartfelt and honest Happy Holidays. I will do business with Truefacet AGAIN. Respectfully, John W Reinhardt

Excellent company. Worked extremely hard to get me the watch I wanted and at a great price. I can't wait to purchase from them again.

I consigned a pair of earrings with TrueFacet for six months. They never sold, so I requested that they be returned. They keep promising to do so, but they haven't yet. I'm starting to wonder if they ever will--franky, I'm beginning to get a very bad feeling. NOTHING should take this long. I also bought a Van Cleef and Arpels ring from them on the 27th of November. It's December 14, and it still hasn't shipped. The order confirmation promised my item would ship in 3-7 days. Ridiculous. Communications are super slow and are rarely helpful. I'll shop (and consign) with TheRealReal from now on. Their customer service is quick and accessible--and helpful--and they behave like professionals. They provide appraisals with purchases. They feel much more trustworthy to me.

In all honesty, my initial experience with TrueFacet wasn't great. After more than a week of waiting for an update on a watch I had purchased as a gift, I was informed that the item was "no longer available from the seller." My heart sank. But, the representative who reached out to me said that they were able to secure a "comparable" version of the watch (same model, different watch) which would be delivered to them in a few days. They would then evaluate the watch and ship it out to me as soon as possible. I was not altogether comfortable with that arrangement -- it seemed there was a lot being left to chance -- but I had little choice other than to agree and keep my fingers crossed. Well, the replacement just arrived and it is every bit what I had hoped it would be...and then some! Not only is it the same make and model, but it is by all indications brand new. I don't know what voodoo the fine folks at TrueFacet had to engage in to make this happen, but I am beyond thrilled with their efforts, their communication throughout the process and the value I ultimately received. My wife will be thrilled. I would whole-heartedly recommend TrueFacet and will happily use them in the future. You do need to understand that some of the sellers who are offering items may not be as proactive as they should be about keeping the items listed up-to-date, but for their part, the staff at TrueFacet know how to take charge and find solutions to potential problems. It is this kind of determination and commitment to making an otherwise difficult situation right that has earned my loyalty and trust. Kudos and thanks to them for coming through.

I am an avid watch collector who was in search for a Yachtmaster II in yellow gold. I typically work with my local authorized Rolex dealer in town but they didn't have in stock. True Facet had 4-5 different listings of this hard to find Rolex. At first I was skeptical to make such a major purchase over the internet. Then I began t o deal with Chloe. She answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I was most impressed that after I had paid for the watch Chloe offered me the opportunity to choose between two different models. The watch came as described and they even fitted it to my exact size. I can tell you that I received a significant discount compared to what I would have paid at my local dealer. I highly recommend using this company, you will save money and receive world class service!

I have purchased 4 watches now from truefacet and have also used trade-ins towards these purchases. True facet has given me the most for all of my trade-ins. The selection of Rolexes available from their dealers has made it possible for me to get the ones that no retailers have in stock or there are long waiting lists. Their customer service and Concierge team has been more than accommodating. Even sizing my watches before sending them to me so I’m able to immediately start wearing . Nothing but positive things to say about this company.
